As a Software Engineer Team Lead at SeekWell, you'll guide a talented team of 4-5 engineers in developing our core services that power the business. You'll collaborate on building and maintaining a suite of backend APIs written in C# that support all our storefronts and operational systems. You will also help shape our evolving data streaming standards and practices, working with engineers who use Python, Databricks, and other modern tools (experience in these is helpful but not required). You'll partner closely with a Product Manager, leading your team to research, design, and deliver robust solutions that enable personalization and a 360° view of our customers. With an eye to the future, you and your team will also explore innovative ways to create business value through the application of machine learning (ML) and AI-a growth area where prior exposure is a plus but not a prerequisite.
