At Disney Experiences Technology (DXT), we believe the heart of our Guest experience starts with a conversation. We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the delivery and ongoing sustainment of our Contact Center platforms across Disneyland Resort (DLR), Walt Disney World (WDW), and Disney Vacation Club (DVC). Based on-site in Orlando, you will be the cultural and technical anchor for a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth and organizational skill. You are a technologist who relishes hands-on contribution, and a leader who builds high-trust environments and shows the way for your team. You will be a key partner in shaping our technical architecture and own the implementation of that vision, driving results with a relentless bias toward action. You’ll collaborate with architects to set the technical design and direct the work of Cast and contractors across multiple time zones and vendors to ensure quality, delivery, and operational excellence. All the while also contributing hands-on in the platform.
