About The Position
ZoomInfo is looking for a technical and people-focused Engineering Manager to lead our S2A Engine team—the group responsible for building the core intelligence layer powering our Copilot platform. This engine fuels the real-time insights and automation that enable sales and marketing teams to move faster and smarter. In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented backend engineers to design, develop, and operate distributed systems that scale with millions of requests per day. You’ll balance execution with mentorship, strategy with empathy, and architecture with pragmatism. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, TPM, and other engineering teams to ship high-impact features while fostering a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety.
