About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to implement solutions and deliver production-quality applications.
• Ensure overall responsibility for design, code quality, and deployments.
• Partner with internal and external teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Document technical specifications and articulate solutions to both business and technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong knowledge of Python or equivalent languages.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Working knowledge of implementing scalable, distributed, and highly available systems on AWS.
• Hands-on experience in implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design and design patterns.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
