About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven software engineering manager to join our TM1 team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on building integrations and middleware for our Intellectual Property renewals systems. We are building new team of experienced backend developers. About the Team The team consists of 100+ people and is reporting to the engineering lead. We have a great skill set in .Net, C#, SQL and common front-end frameworks and technology. You will collaborate with the QA Engineers, Architects, Product Owner and Professional Services teams to build reliable software ready to be used by hundreds of corporate clients around the world. Requirements

• Degree in computer science, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with .Net C#, SQL Server development and related tools
• 3+ years of experience with consuming, designing and extending APIs (REST)
• 2+ years of experience with cloud providers (AWS or Azure)
• 2+ years of leading development teams
• Knowledge and experience in agile software development

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with cloud-based applications and cloud tools
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and Azure ADF.
• Experience in system integrations.
• Experience with DevOps automation and creation of deployment pipelines.
• Experience with implementing and testing integrations between systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor software engineers, maintain architectural vision and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements.
• Customize and enhance our core solution for Trademark Renewals
• Lead the collaboration with team members, other teams (DevOps, Architecture) and groups (Product Management) within Clarivate
• Design, automate and support sophisticated data extraction, transformation, and loading applications. For ETL applications, create logical and physical data flow models.
• Plan and lead the refactor, update, and extension of existing code and frameworks to remain safe and maintainable.
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support to QA team.
• Continuously lead the improvement and innovation
• The role will partially consist of reviewing the code and helping team members to learn and improve required skills, processes, and techniques.
