About The Position

In this role, you will manage product development activities and collaborate with product management, design, support, and other development teams to create high-quality solutions. You will oversee the daily activities of the development team, tackle difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems, and manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
• Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
• Fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript)
• An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
• Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
