About the team: ReleaseOps is the ServiceNow application deployment pipeline used to package, validate, and deliver updates and applications with speed, safety, and consistency. The team builds, maintains, and troubleshoots the backend Java-based systems that power this pipeline, with select JavaScript components supporting specific platform functions. As part of the Platform and App Engine organization, we are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth, advanced troubleshooting skills, and solid leadership to guide this team. The manager will drive customer-focused adoption of ReleaseOps, reduce setup effort, and lower support case tasks while delivering features shaped by real customer feedback.
