As a Manager, Software Engineering on the Global Player Support Team, you will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for the group. You will lead the team using your deep knowledge of scalable service development and web best practices to help us build and deliver world-class support experiences to players around the globe. You will be involved in architecting the next generation of our player-facing ecosystem - ensuring players can get the help they need where they need it.
