Requirements

• BS/MS+ in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years hands on people management experience
• 7+ years hands-on experience architecting and designing optical inspection solutions
• Proficient in C++, C, Python and OpenCV
• Experience with Automated Optical Inspection equipment
• Understanding of hardware development and manufacturing process of consumer products
• Strong background in computer vision, machine learning and applications
• Demonstrated small/large team leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, good time management and task prioritizing skills

Responsibilities

• Use computer vision, machine learning, and statistical techniques to create innovative, scalable optical inspection solutions to solve manufacturing problems
• Develop algorithms and software tools needed for instrument control, data capture and data analysis
• Coordinate the fabrication and deployment of inspection solutions
• Lead the product inspection technology roadmap with associated functional teams
