About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. In this role, you will direct, establish, and plan the overall policies, goals, and management for Therapy Services Psych Center within the context of TMH Behavioral Health Center policy implementation and program development. You will establish staff expectations by developing customer service expectations, mentoring, and providing clinical supervision for licensure. Additionally, you will monitor service quality and oversee patients’ Baker Act status, network with community resources, and provide direct clinical services to patients and families as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work.
  • Three (3) years of relevant job-related experience post-licensure, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with Florida Statutes.

Nice To Haves

  • Trained in internal quality management (IQM).
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience treating patients with co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders of various ages.
