About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Current and active California license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant licenses.
  • Experience providing supervision to clinical social work interns or trainees.
  • Knowledge of social work case management programs and related operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and implementation of all social work-related objectives under the Title V CONNECT grant.
  • Oversee the grant's social work case management program.
  • Provide clinical supervision to social work interns and trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant-specific requirements related to the social work case management program.
  • Collaborate with local university Social Work graduate programs to recruit interns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the clinical work of assigned interns, providing supervision and evaluations.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and urgent clinical matters as needed.
  • Develop and conduct trainings on administrative policies and clinical topics for various audiences.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies and plans for the program.
  • Administer budgets for assigned areas, including grants and special program budgets.
