The position involves leading the strategic and organizational planning for illumifin's Small Block Claims decisions, TPA Policy Administration, and Ongoing Care Management services division. This includes overseeing data entry, processing adjudication, and the ongoing management of open claims, ensuring that claims are closed when insured individuals are no longer eligible for benefits. The role requires ensuring that the Small Block Claims teams meet key metrics such as quality, productivity, and adherence to internal and external SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, the position involves determining proper staffing through effective workforce and process management, participating in the management of services to achieve forecasted contribution margin expectations, and ensuring that onboarding and continued learning objectives are met for new team members. The role also includes assisting in workflow efficiencies, system build and release processes, and participating in customer meetings and presentations.
