About The Position

The Manager, Site Merchandising is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience for the business function supported, overseeing everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to functionality and campaign planning and execution. They'll drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our eCommerce business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing a team.
• 3+ years of experience in a consumer-focused e-commerce environment.
• Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience.
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Business or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand content strategy using trends and customer insights to create a seamless customer experience.
• Identify key brand stories and define the brand storytelling roadmap.
• Manage the short-term and long-term site merchandising strategy for seasonal campaigns and events.
• Drive campaign strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with marketing and editorial teams.
• Leverage data and analytical insights to set goals and measure success.
• Advise and partner with various internal teams to improve processes and identify opportunities.
• Create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows and processes.
