About The Position

The candidate is responsible for creating and setting the direction for category-specific e-commerce experiences, ensuring flawless execution, maintaining ongoing operations, driving site KPIs, and developing the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site merchandising and content management and possess a high level of attention to detail, as well as business acumen. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, manage projects effectively, and provide valuable insights. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable leader committed to enhancing the digital customer experience and driving team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Site Merchandising, Content Management and/or E-commerce.
  • Must possess strong business and digital acumen.
  • A team player with solid interpersonal and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate and build trust in a complex organization.
  • Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings and effectively communicates with senior-level business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual & quarterly strategies in partnership with Merchandising and Marketing partners.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities & adapt strategies based on real-time results.
  • Drive visits, clarity, clicks, and conversions across the site.
  • Lead internal search optimization & communicate needs for curated product listing pages.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-merchandising and support basket-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with the A/B testing team to implement and evaluate tests.
  • Assess and elevate content strategies to drive conversion.
  • Build strategy briefs & manage the planning process.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide insights, and make recommendations for future actions.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to develop reporting mechanisms.
  • Foster a culture of belonging and prioritize team performance.
  • Advocate for team members’ growth through stretch projects and mentorship.
