About The Position

The Manager of Site Maintenance at DynMcDermott Petroleum is responsible for overseeing the maintenance personnel and ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted safely, securely, and in compliance with environmental regulations. This role involves managing the site maintenance budget, prioritizing maintenance tasks, and participating in design review meetings to enhance operational efficiency and company performance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or industrial engineering plus five years of experience in Maintenance Management/Supervision.
• Certified journeyman craftsman with a high school diploma and a minimum of ten years of craft experience, including five years in maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage site maintenance personnel through first line supervisors in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, and general maintenance areas.
• Oversee maintenance of site GSA vehicles to meet DOE requirements.
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely, securely, and in an environmentally compliant manner by prioritizing activities and allocating resources accordingly.
• Manage all Level of Effort (LOE) site maintenance activities, including oversight of maintenance subcontracts.
• Establish and manage the site maintenance budget, reviewing and approving procurement of goods and services from the maintenance department budget.
• Assist in developing and achieving operational goals and objectives consistent with company missions, policies, and priorities.
• Participate in activities assigned by management to improve company performance and market position.
• Participate in design review meetings.
