Requirements

• Required High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year healthcare leadership or coordinator/team lead in a health delivery setting with High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 years non-healthcare management with High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with High School Diploma or equivalent or 1 year physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with a bachelor's degree.

• Preferred bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative, and regulatory aspects of the facility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility.
• Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving.
• Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
