About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Site Agreements (Remote). In this role, you will be integral to managing and overseeing the negotiation and execution of site agreements and investigator grants across global clinical trials. You will collaborate closely with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance in site contracting processes. This fast-paced environment offers the chance to lead improvements in knowledge management and risk mitigation strategies, while providing strategic oversight and guidance within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred; university-level law degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience relevant to the position.
• 5+ years of experience in Contracts working with site budgets and contracts globally.
• Fluency in English and local language from the region.
• Preferred experience with GrantPlan, Grant Manager, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee CROs' negotiation and execution of site agreements and investigator grants.
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure compliance with risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, CROs, and external legal consultants.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and procedures.
• Act as a point of escalation for CROs concerning contract negotiations.
