Job Brief: We are looking for a Manager, Shoppable Media Managed Services to support and scale the adoption of our shoppable media SaaS platform across enterprise brands and their agency partners. This role sits at the intersection of commerce strategy, campaign enablement, and customer success, helping brands activate shoppable experiences across every major digital touchpoint. This is not a traditional agency execution role. Instead, this role focuses on onboarding, education, activation support, optimization, and best-practice guidance, ensuring brands and agencies are set up to successfully deploy shoppable media campaigns across brand websites, paid media, social platforms, email, search, and emerging channels.
