  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop real estate strategies that align with company objectives, including cost optimization, lease negotiations, and site expansions or reductions.
  • Help build a management oversight process for real estate initiatives.
  • Help implement a customer-centric approach to shared services, focusing on understanding the needs of internal stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives within shared services functions to drive operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Assist in the provider reimbursement projects ensuring accuracy and contract implementation and provider reimbursement.
  • Help ensure that cross-functional projects are supported by shared services in an efficient and collaborative manner.
  • Work closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Manage key projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, consulting, or business management.
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and performance optimization.
  • Proven excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to travel 20%.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
