About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service & Safety Operations Manager to oversee our internal facilities management, cafe and cleaning operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of these teams, ensuring exceptional service and a clean, welcoming environment for our employees. On an average day, you'll... Lead and mentor the Café, and Facilities teams, fostering a culture of accountability, support, and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements for both cafe and cleaning operations teams. Manage facilities budget, forecast expenditures, and negotiate vendor contracts. Oversee adherence to all safety regulations and protocols. Identify and implement process improvements for café and cleaning teams Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all employees. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Manage projects related to events and services, utilizing strong project planning and execution. You are organized and a people person, able to work with employees, customers, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant managers or owners preferred.
  • Proven track record of direct people management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills which allow for juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and building safety standards and protocols.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments/teams in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
