About The Position

Lead the development and performance of assigned service sub-categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and financial goals. Partner with Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings, pricing, vendor relationships and execution strategies to enhance delivery and profitability.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • May require certification.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in merchandising or general contracting and/or trades.
  • Financial analysis experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of Line of Business program components and contributes to strategies that drive growth and service execution.
  • Manages specific workstreams within programs, including coordination with Service Providers, assisting with selection and qualification processes, supporting pricing activities and contributing to communication and training materials.
  • Conducts analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to support improvements in product selection, service offerings and service provider lifecycle.
  • Assists in shaping program direction within a portfolio, working under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Supports field sales execution and service provider engagement by contributing to the development of targeted training programs and coordinating with sales leadership to promote accountability.
  • Maintains relationships with service providers and vendors to support alignment with performance standards and business goals established by the leadership team.
  • Leads financial planning activities within a program by conducting sales analysis, tracking gross margin performance and assisting with competitive benchmarking to help meet annual profitability targets.
  • Drives quality assurance efforts by helping address compliance issues, assisting in resolving customer escalations, and tracking service delivery metrics across assigned programs or areas.
  • Mentor individual contributors and operations teams to foster professional growth and collaboration while contributing to high-impact sub-portfolio projects.
