You lead with clarity and purpose, ensuring customers are cared for, technicians are supported, and the business runs strong. Your leadership drives performance, strengthens culture, and keeps safety at the center of everything we do.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in service operations, equipment service, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L performance, and departmental goals
  • A commitment to safety, employee development, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to lead with integrity, fairness, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Service Department, owning financial performance (P&L), pricing, processes, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop service team members, building a high-performing team grounded in accountability and respect
  • Champion a Safety First culture by leading meetings, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Environmental Health & Safety to address and investigate incidents
  • Oversee workflow, vendor relationships, training initiatives, and operational standards to ensure efficiency and profitability
