The Service Station Manager will provide leadership and technical support to assigned personnel and contractors. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing costs, and delivering repairs on time. The manager will also ensure standard work / processes are followed in order to ensure high quality work and, providing additional oversight to ensure work is performed within budgeted time and within the guidelines of all quality standards. The Aftermarket services function is responsible for the repair, upgrade, and calibration of customer owned tooling sold by RH Aero. This role will also engage with other stations and cross-functional teams to create solutions to meet customer needs, develop processes to support and implement on time and profitably. The Service Station Manager may also develop and maintain key domestic & international relationships with OEMs.
