As a Service Experience Manager, you'll wear many hats - you'll be a mentor, your team's biggest fan, as well as a driver of business. A day in the life includes driving store volume through the support and education of Service Experience initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program and the sale of gift cards. You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate your team - their success is your success. You will support your team as they educate and assist employees on tools, processes and systems that will enhance our customers' shopping experience as well as increase sales. Additionally, you will create a solid business plan that enables your team to work together to meet service and sales goals and support the success of your department by driving continuous improvements.
