WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Coordinate the day-to-day activities and responsibilities associated with the Patient Service and Volunteer Departments. Recruit, train, orientate, and assign volunteers. Evaluate financial impact of existing or new programs or procedures. Ensure the visibility of the patient representative program. Acknowledge reported concerns within 24 hours and provide necessary follow-up. Coordinate the patient survey reports and forward all survey complaints to Patient Advocates when indicated. Maintain responsibility for inter-and intra-departmental communication, special projects, and services. Promote patient and co-worker experience.
