About The Position

As a Service Center Manager at XPO, you will supervise all employees reporting to the service center, ensuring that freight is delivered on time and picked up promptly. You will be responsible for tracking and auditing employees' hours, handling payroll issues, administering corrective action, and monitoring the coaching, training, and development of your staff. You will also provide frequent information to all employees about service center productivity and company policies and procedures, research and implement opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies, and maintain clean and safe working conditions of the facility and equipment. Compliance with all applicable laws/regulations and company policies/procedures is essential, as is overseeing procedure control for hazardous material shipments.
