  • Lead and support the design and execution of RWE studies, including retrospective database analyses and observational research.
  • Contribute to HEOR deliverables such as cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and value dossiers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align RWE/HEOR strategies with therapeutic area priorities and business objectives.
  • Draft and review technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory guidance, and methodological advancements in RWE and HEOR.
  • 3-7 years of experience in RWE and HEOR within a healthcare consulting firm or life sciences company.
  • Proven ability to design and execute database studies using claims, EMR, or registry data.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data sources and analytical methodologies.
  • Experience with economic modeling and outcomes research frameworks.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with causal inference analysis, AI/ML applications in healthcare analytics (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, ScD) in relevant field is a plus.
