As Global Transportation Manager you will develop global transportation strategies, collaborate with procurement in negotiating contracts with carriers and logistics providers, lead transportation projects and ensure adherence to international trade regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the movement of goods across Colgate's international supply chains, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation operations for all goods via ocean/road/rail/air to support business objectives. This role works closely with internal teams-such as supply chain, procurement, and customer service-as well as external partners to drive savings via continuous improvement initiatives, reduce transit times, and manage transportation risks for FG/RM and PM. This role requires strong analytical skills, global logistics expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and serves as a Transportation Center of Excellence.
