About The Position

The Business Segment Finance Manager at Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is responsible for overseeing the financial analysis and health of one or more brand/product lines. This role involves collaborating with brand and business leadership to provide insights that drive strategy and improve sales and margins. The manager will also lead enhancements to reporting processes and work closely with various functional managers to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales and/or Financial Analysis.
• Highly skilled in using applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Hands-on experience in sales/margin reporting and generating dashboards across Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Working knowledge of BI reporting and planning/forecasting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with Sales/P&L leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Master's or other Advanced degree.
• Prior people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Segment Annual Operating and Capital Plans, and Quarterly/Monthly Forecast processes.
• Support CWT finance team with management reporting including daily sales/margins/order tracking and monthly operating review submissions.
• Analyze key financial metrics such as price, productivity, and inflation, and prepare Segment bridges for key financial line items.
• Collaborate with Segment leaders, controllers, and the CWT FP&A team to identify opportunities and address risks.
• Analyze capital expenditures and investment opportunities as requested.
• Participate in projects across various financial disciplines including planning, analysis, and strategy.
• Facilitate communication between commercial, operations, and supply chain departments.
• Drive process improvements and support special reviews as part of Carlisle Operating System initiatives.
• Evaluate the effects of the economy and competitors on organizational opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
