About The Position

Position Summary... The Manager, Security is responsible for supporting the criminal screening program for the internal and external candidates to Walmart Inc. This risk management professional will be required to make urgent complex decisions, use excellent professional judgement, and protect associates, customers, and the Walmart brand while providing opportunities to those who demonstrate rehabilitation. The Manager, Security will work quickly to interpret available data through the lenses of their experiences, professional training, case studies, academic studies, and peer partnerships to deliver assessments. After completing the Assessment Review, the Manager, Security will clearly communicate their findings to cross-functional business partners and clients at various levels (Field level to EVP). This is not a people leader role, but rather a baseline opportunity for someone transitioning into the field from a related field such as social services, mental health, or law enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a combination of law enforcement and/or risk assessment experience, relating to mental health. This is a temporary job assignment. What you'll do... The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
