About The Position
Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Manager of SEC Reporting (Hybrid) to support and enhance their financial reporting function. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in deadline-driven environments and wants to deepen their exposure to external reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
- Working knowledge of SEC regulations and financial statement preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Nice To Haves
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and filing SEC reports including 10-Q and 10-K
- Support financial statement preparation and disclosure drafting
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP requirements
- Coordinate data collection and validation across accounting teams
- Respond to auditor requests and assist with audit documentation
- Contribute to process optimization and automation efforts
