Position Summary Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of work experience
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications
  • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting
