About The Position
The position involves leading the enhancement of the sales organization's training capabilities, overseeing the creation, management, and refinement of aligned training programs for various audiences while developing future leaders and having high visibility with the sales leadership team. The role requires the development, execution, and continuous evolution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy that drives high performance and enhances the employee experience. Additionally, the position includes leading a team of sales professionals in managing and delivering sales training programs both virtually and in-person, with a focus on management and leadership skills.
