About The Position
This role will be tasked with leading a team of Sales Analysts and Account Analysts that will support HireRight's Sales and account management teams and works cross-functionally with customer service, implementation, project managers, contracts, and compliance in the implementation of account setups and account changes. Additionally, the team will take the lead to manage escalations, leading projects and maintaining training materials and documentation for customers.
