About The Position

Capitolis is looking for a Manager, Sales Ops to join our Global Sales team. This person will play a critical role in improving pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and strategy-and wants to make a real impact. The Sales Ops Manager will report to the Head of Sales, Portfolio Optimization and will be located in our New York City HQ, one block from Grand Central and Bryant Park.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS or fintech company
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and implement scalable processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups or scale-ups)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and what 'great' looks like in a sales operations function
  • Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering strong relationships

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end pipeline and sales performance reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level insights
  • Drive forecasting accuracy in partnership with Finance, including commission modeling and revenue recognition alignment
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, user adoption, and scalability; manage enhancements and evaluate new tools as needed
  • Define, document, and optimize sales processes, account planning, and follow-up systems to support pipeline progression and accountability
  • Provide actionable analytics and reporting for Sales Leaders to manage performance, identify trends, and drive growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals
  • Support internal communications and sales meetings, including account planning reviews and team updates
