The Sales Operations Manager at BioStem is directly responsible for optimizing the success of the organization’s sales team by streamlining and managing the CRM processes and system and supporting the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and projections and enhancing their overall efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Salesforce. He/she must be a business process-oriented person with strong analytical skills and act as a partner to peer functions, such as sales, business operations, and customer service. Key responsibilities will require the management of the Salesforce CRM system, continuous analysis of sales activities and campaigns, and reporting of pipeline activity and revenue. The Sales Ops Manager will also provide support in the design of CRM system strategies and set standards for operations and programming.
