About The Position

The Manager of Sales Operations will communicate strategies and develop tools and processes to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the Sales organization. This role supports selling activity among all business products across multiple product lifecycles, including product launches, training, initiatives, and sales events. The position requires in-office work from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field required.
• 4-6 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or sales position.
• CPG experience (any category) or consulting experience.
• Ability and experience working with a large field-based Sales Team.
• Experience developing and delivering sales presentations.
• Experience working in a business that is heavily contracted and regularly requires contract renewals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Agility to manage multiple projects and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and execute projects cross-functionally.
• Adept with Microsoft Office.
• Aptitude to learn new data systems and processes.
• Spanish speaking a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports communication and development of processes, policies, and strategies to enable Sales team success and profitable growth.
• Leads regular written and verbal communication across the relevant Sales teams.
• Provides RFP process support and preparation, including the ability to review and edit contracts.
• Synthesizes data from various sources to enable analysis and provide business insights.
• Collaborates with other functions (Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing) to equip the Sales team.
• Develops internal and external presentations.
• Tracks progress of multiple projects and priorities.
