About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Sales Learning and Development to work within the Global Sales Operations, Sales Enablement team at Flex. This individual will be the champion for seller development initiatives that deliver a direct impact on the skills, capabilities, and readiness of the Flex sales teams across all business units. In executing their responsibilities, the manager will work cross-functionally with sales team members, sales leaders, and corporate teams across flex. They will both lead the Sales Enablement learning curriculum as well as support business units in their seller development efforts. This role will be onsite in Austin, TX.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales enablement and/or seller development experience.
  • Familiarity with sales methodology frameworks (ex MEDDICC; Challenger Sale, or other).
  • Experience creating and facilitating learning experiences, such as webinars, hybrid learning programs, or self-paced e-Learning.
  • Ability to be both hands-on in content creation and strategic in aligning sales priorities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate with business development, account management and sales leadership.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, including the use of Excel and similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Flex core and common learning and development initiatives, including establishing a curriculum supporting the Flex Sales DNA.
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with HR and the Business Unit sales operations teams to understand seller development needs and develop learning experiences to reinforce gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Establish a standard for how we develop and train our sales organization.
  • Create and facilitate learning programs such as Behind the Win and Solution Knowledge Certification.
  • Drive the adoption strategy for all programs built/hosted within Workday, Flex’s sales readiness platform.
  • Collaborate with sales content creators within the business units to design and deploy their learning programs.
  • Prioritize ad hoc requests with strategic projects and ensure that deadlines are being met.
  • Measure impact of training using dashboards, LMS analytics, and KPIs tied to sales performance.
