We are seeking a Manager of Sales Learning and Development to work within the Global Sales Operations, Sales Enablement team at Flex. This individual will be the champion for seller development initiatives that deliver a direct impact on the skills, capabilities, and readiness of the Flex sales teams across all business units. In executing their responsibilities, the manager will work cross-functionally with sales team members, sales leaders, and corporate teams across flex. They will both lead the Sales Enablement learning curriculum as well as support business units in their seller development efforts. This role will be onsite in Austin, TX.
