This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Sales Engineering Emerging Markets. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a talented team of sales engineers, driving technical excellence and supporting the sales process. Your leadership will ensure effective pre-sales support and successful customer engagements, ultimately contributing to the overall revenue growth. By collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will shape go-to-market strategies that resonate with enterprise clients, while fostering a culture of excellence and mentorship within your team.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales engineers serving the Enterprise segment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Own the technical strategy for IAM solution delivery, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies and support territory planning.
  • Drive revenue growth across up-market, down-market, and new-logo pursuits.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales engineering team, attracting top talent and fostering collaboration.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and customized solutions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand their technical requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication of customer needs to implementation and success teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in sales engineering or related technical roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Understanding of selling or supporting security solutions.
  • Proven success leading a sales engineering team.
  • Strong technical acumen in enterprise software, IAM, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to align technical solutions to business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
