The Manager of Sales Effectiveness will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies and programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to drive sales performance improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, sales training and enablement and leading initiatives driving the adoption and utilization of sales tools.
