About The Position

As a Manager of Sales Analytics, you will transform complex sales data into actionable insights that drive performance and growth. You will partner closely with sales leadership to design, implement, and maintain reporting frameworks and predictive models that inform strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, metrics, and forecasting, combined with strong analytical and visualization skills. You will lead initiatives to standardize reporting, automate data workflows, and provide clarity on pipeline health and revenue trends. Operating in a remote environment, you will manage cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior analytics staff, making a tangible impact on business outcomes. Your work will ensure that data-driven insights are at the forefront of sales strategy, enabling measurable results across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Analytics, or Finance roles
  • Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools to develop and manage reporting frameworks
  • Advanced Salesforce experience, including dashboards, reporting, and data visualization
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, weighted pipeline, and linearity
  • Experience leading reporting initiatives with structured change management to ensure adoption and consistency
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms like Clari, Outreach, Gong, or similar tools
  • Ability to manipulate large datasets and apply predictive analytics to improve forecasting and pipeline health
  • Expertise in presenting complex data through clear, actionable visualizations
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Remote work capability within the US with minimal travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to benchmark sales performance and track key metrics
  • Analyze pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, and opportunity health to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecasting models and integrate predictive analytics into planning
  • Transition manual reporting processes into scalable, automated solutions for efficiency and consistency
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks, trends, and opportunities influencing sales strategies
  • Define and implement standardized BI reporting tools, processes, and frameworks for cross-functional adoption
  • Present insights through compelling visualizations and communicate findings to senior leadership
