Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years related sales experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years related sales experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Individual will be accountable for directing all BJ activities to assure achievement of account growth/dollar objectives
  • Build strong customer relationships that result in partnership opportunities which drive sales, market share and profit.
  • Develop and implement an annual corporate business plan aligned with objectives of the Large Format, Sr. Director of Sales, while working cross functionally to assure execution of the plans
  • Provide account specific promotional plan recommendations to ensure achievement of account growth goals while developing ongoing customer plans that are in alignment with corporate and customer goals
  • Develop long-term business relationships with buyers, replenishment managers, revenue management, marketing and operations managers within each business unit.
