We are looking for a Manager in our Data Transformation & Analytics practice to serve as a trusted partner to our clients, leveraging your experience and knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that address their challenges and set the foundation for future success.

Requirements

  • Extensive ability and proven skills in data processing tools such as Alteryx, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to derive insights from data.
  • Experience in SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, or Professional Services industries, with analytics experience in areas like revenue/margin and cash collections.
  • Experience with advanced analytical methods, including statistical pricing studies and customer lifetime value analyses.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for client relationships and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting and experience in a fast-paced M&A environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
  • A strong academic record with relevant coursework.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting in resolving complex issues.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Transactions experience focused on quality of earnings and cash flows.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence and data analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline.
  • CA / CIMA / CFA / MBA preferred.
  • Certification in Databricks / Snowflake / Alteryx / PowerBI / Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a diligence mindset to build innovative solutions for clients leveraging data for performance analytics and insights related to transformational events like M&A and divestitures.
  • Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders, ensuring direct access to key decision-makers.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, visualization, and various analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Lead high-performing teams in data analytics and consulting, combining technical knowledge and data visualization skills to drive insights.
  • Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones, guiding clients along their analytics journey and aligning with their strategic vision.
  • Develop and support thought leadership and intellectual capital using data insights to inform conclusions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their career goals, providing feedback and performance reviews.
  • Suggest methods to automate client processes from data extraction to reporting in support of performance analytics.
  • Contribute to the creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models.
  • Lead data-driven discussions in management meetings, translating complex data findings into strategic recommendations.
