Responsibilities

  • Leverage customer insights, competitor insights, analytics, and creative thinking to develop compelling materials for meetings and pitches with prospective partners.
  • Identify potential impediments to the business development process and autonomously solve or escalate issues to senior leaders as necessary.
  • Utilize various communication forms, including email, phone, direct mail, and LinkedIn, to prospect and set presentations with potential clients.
  • Create testing, evaluation, and performance feedback processes.
  • Provide ongoing consumer research expertise and consultation to internal partners and senior leaders in support of marketing strategy decisions.
  • Lead research design, execution, and delivery of insights using various brand measurement sources.
  • Engage in outbound activity leveraging best practices to effectively target ideal customers.
  • Track and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Communicate customer needs with software developers, managers, and executives.
  • Submit orders for sales processing and negotiate service agreements and product prices with customers.
  • Discuss software needs with customers to determine the best-matched products and advise on technical matters regarding their software options.
