The Operating Room Manager assumes 24/7 operational responsibility for a complex, high-acuity OR environment. This role oversees daily surgical operations, staffing optimization, labor productivity, and schedule management while ensuring safe, efficient, and evidence-based perioperative care delivery. The Manager partners closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and executive leadership to advance quality metrics, improve throughput, and support strategic growth initiatives. This leader plays a critical role in driving quality improvement efforts, aligning competencies with case complexity, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence reflective of Hoag’s award-winning standards.
