Join Royal Caribbean Group as a full-time Manager, River & Destination Delivery, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Integrated Planning. This role is based onsite in Miami and involves leading delivery for shipboard and destination experiences, ensuring the strategic vision is executed from ideation to launch. The manager will oversee end-to-end planning, including construction, design planning, and operational feasibility, while managing cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver premium ships and private destinations.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, design intent, and overall goals.
  • Establish clear communication channels across internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee and coordinate back of house detailed design reviews and mock-up inspections.
  • Support pre-contract negotiations and prototype projects.
  • Manage outfitting activities on-site, coordinating with architects and designers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Track progress against schedules, critical milestones, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor site office teams and outfitting superintendents.
  • Ensure launch readiness through finalized SOPs and training.
  • Gather and document lessons learned to improve future projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Hospitality Management, Product Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting shipbuilding, ship revitalization, or large-scale marine projects.
  • Proven leadership in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Experience delivering high-impact physical products.
  • Deep understanding of operational readiness principles.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
  • Professional certifications in project management or process improvement are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting or presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
