About The Position

Manager, Risk Manager, Card Channels Access Management - US Global Operations (Hybrid) As a leader in our Access Management Risk organization you will be part of a team that is delivering key access & application functions to our Channels organization. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are skilled in analytics, process improvements and risk management. Primary responsibilities will include advancing a data driven strategy that assesses and mitigates risk, developing requirements for data analysis that drives automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver destination state controls and standards that mitigate risk across the organization. This role includes a balance of people leadership, process, and risk management. In this role you will: Exhibit excellent people management skills; helping associates grow and develop while holding them accountable, encourage and demonstrate a positive attitude, team spirit, set high standards, coach team members, provide feedback, communicate a vision, and encourage innovation Manage end to end risk management – performing assessments, leading access/application remediation activities, to closing risk findings Create and present impactful risk reports based on observations, highlighting key risks, trends, mitigation efforts, and control effectiveness giving us a holistic view of the business risk environment Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to influence partners across the company at multiple levels. Must be comfortable engaging Audit, Risk, Technology, and Operations leadership teams Build successful relationships with key partners and team members to understand impact of technology and information security risk on critical business processes; Engages with audit, Risk, Technology and Operations teams. Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Process Management
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an Access Management or Technology Role
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Leadership
  • At least 3 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • At least 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Process Management
  • At least 4 years of experience in an Access Management or Technology role
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product or cybersecurity oversight function
  • At least 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Risk or Cyber Security training
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Lean 6 Sigma certification
