The Manager, Risk Management is a manager reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs. This role assists with developing, coordinating and organization of risk management, including the day-to-day administration of risk management activities, coordination of insurance coverages and claims management, and assessing compliance with regulatory agency laws and rules. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, with an onsite presence in St Paul, MN required 1–2 days per week. In addition, quarterly travel to metro clinics is expected to support risk rounding activities. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this opportunity is $117,478/annually to $176,217/annually, with a median salary of $146,848/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
