Thisposition is responsible for assisting in the development of organization-wide initiativesand independently planning, managing, and implementing compliance and riskmanagement program activities at RCH and its entities. Duties may also includecompliance and risk mitigation activities, as needed, and assigned. Responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to investigating internal concerns,management of internal data systems, conducting related education and training,facilitating and follow through of audit findings, facilitating and processingrecords for legal claims and suits, advising leadership and management incollaboration with Director of Risk Management and Compliance, and assessing,reporting, and mitigating entity risk for noncompliance with applicable laws,rules and regulations. This position additional duties and responsibilities toinclude but not limited to the management of contracts and insurance coverages,organization's event reporting systems, and policy and procedure systems .
