As a Manager in the Retail Bank Risk Office at Capital One, you’ll be responsible for working with business partners to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to Capital One. Managers at Capital One are the front line of defense to ensure our Company remains stable and profitable. This role will focus on risks and controls impacting Enterprise Payments Product teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring that millions of customers interact with their money in a well-managed fashion by working closely with business partners to manage the risks associated with payments. You will also coach junior risk associates as they complete risk management activities within your area of responsibility.
